GRUPO INCOSTAS NOUEL AND ROYAL IHC CONFIRM SUCCESS AND LEADERSHIP AT REPICA 2026
We have successfully concluded our participation in the Central American and Caribbean Ports Network Conference (REPICA 2026), a key space for technical exchange and the strengthening of port infrastructure in our region.
During this intense week of work and networking, we had the honor of participating alongside our strategic partner, Royal IHC, combining capabilities, cutting-edge technology, and expertise to drive sustainable solutions in marine engineering, dredging, and coastal development.

In particular, the presentation “Impact of Sargassum on Port Operations,” delivered by our Director, Dr. Aramis Latchinian, stood out. This presentation highlighted that the Sargassum phenomenon is no longer an exceptional event, but a structural condition of the Caribbean, emphasizing the need for a dual approach—coastal and oceanic—for its management. Finally, it underscored the evolution of management strategies, where the path to solving the problem is not merely technological, but one of international coordination and cooperation.
