Our team of specialists has extensive experience in the following areas:
Environmental Studies

Baseline Studies, Licensing, and Permitting
We provide baseline studies, permitting assistance, and management for beaches and coastal projects. Our baseline studies characterize and analyze the project's area of influence, including climate, geology, geomorphology, soil, flora, vegetation, wildlife, oceanography, limnology, and hydrology. We also consider noise, vibration, and light levels, electromagnetic fields and radiation, and the quality of air and water resources.

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)
The SEA promotes the early integration of environmental considerations into public policies and plans to foster sustainable planning. This tool helps improve the focus of land-use planning instruments, resulting in more efficient land use and allowing for early identification of existing territorial limitations that must be considered for proper planning.

Environmental Feasibility Report
We consider cultural, social, political, legal, historical, territorial, and environmental characteristics in our environmental feasibility reports. This is a crucial step in the earliest stages of a project.
Environmental and Socio-Cultural Impact Studies (ESIA)

The ESIA is a systematic, multidisciplinary analysis of the environmental aspects and impacts of a proposed project and its alternatives on the physical, biological, and social environments where it is intended to be developed. It is a preventive tool that integrates environmental considerations into the project from the start.
