Solutions

We provide solutions for the execution of sustainable projects that minimize environmental impact.
We help our clients demonstrate compliance with environmental requirements set by regulations for environmental, social, and health impact assessments, construction/operation environmental management plans, and applications for construction or operation permits, as well as any other environmental obligations.

Advantages and Benefits:
• Compliance with current environmental legislation.
• Assistance in meeting the requirements of multilateral financing organizations.
• Risk Mitigation.

Our team of specialists has extensive experience in the following areas:

Baseline Studies, Licensing, and Permitting

We provide baseline studies, permitting assistance, and management for beaches and coastal projects. Our baseline studies characterize and analyze the project's area of influence, including climate, geology, geomorphology, soil, flora, vegetation, wildlife, oceanography, limnology, and hydrology. We also consider noise, vibration, and light levels, electromagnetic fields and radiation, and the quality of air and water resources.

Strategic Environmental Assessment (SEA)

The SEA promotes the early integration of environmental considerations into public policies and plans to foster sustainable planning. This tool helps improve the focus of land-use planning instruments, resulting in more efficient land use and allowing for early identification of existing territorial limitations that must be considered for proper planning.

Environmental Feasibility Report

We consider cultural, social, political, legal, historical, territorial, and environmental characteristics in our environmental feasibility reports. This is a crucial step in the earliest stages of a project.

The ESIA is a systematic, multidisciplinary analysis of the environmental aspects and impacts of a proposed project and its alternatives on the physical, biological, and social environments where it is intended to be developed. It is a preventive tool that integrates environmental considerations into the project from the start.

In accordance with international standards ISO 26000, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001, we ensure sound health, safety, social, and environmental management in construction projects. This includes: waste management, handling of hazardous substances, management of borrow pits and material sources, natural environment protection, traffic management, occupational health and safety, disease prevention, community conflict management, and prevention of child labor.
